Unoffice Hours
Unoffice Hours
The best conversations often happen outside of formal meetings—when there’s no agenda, no expectations, just an open exchange of ideas. That’s what Unoffice Hours are for.
This idea comes from Matt Webb, and I loved it. It’s a way to open up my calendar for casual, no-pressure conversations with people who want to chat about technology, leadership, cybersecurity, or anything else we find interesting.

What's This?
Every Friday afternoon, I set aside time for short, informal 20–30 minute calls. These are open to anyone—whether we know each other or not. No sales pitch, no pressure, just a chance to talk.

Maybe you’re a CEO, CTO, investor, or tech leader facing a challenge and want a sounding board. Maybe you’re in transition, stepping into a new role, or considering what’s next. Or maybe you just want to swap ideas about technology, business, or the state of the world.

What Can We Talk About?

Here are a few ideas:

-
Technology leadership—strategy, risk, decision-making, and team dynamics.
-
Cybersecurity and compliance—ISO27001, due diligence, governance.
-
Growth and transitions—stepping into (or out of) a senior tech role.
-
Business challenges—navigating funding rounds, acquisitions, or scale-ups.
-
Something completely different—an idea, a book, a trend you’re thinking about.

What's Not on the Table?

-
Sales pitches—I won’t try to sell you anything, and I’d rather not be pitched to either.
-
Job interviews—happy to talk about career moves, but this isn’t a hiring process.
-
Deep consulting work—if you need structured help, we can discuss separately.

How to Book

I keep a few slots open each Friday afternoon. If you’d like to chat, book a time here or drop me a message if the timing doesn’t work.
It’s a simple, honest way to connect. No expectations, just a conversation.
